Dskate is proud to be returning to the Ford Performance Centre in Etobicoke, Ontario, for our 21st Dskate Hockey Program! 

Taking place, July 27-31, 2020, Dskate Toronto 2020 will feature top end hockey coaching, diabetes education and care/awareness provided by our incredible staff and partners.

Including a myriad of exclusive Dskate Family Events that are open to all family members of registered players, you are sure to enjoy yourself!

Registration Criteria
 

  • ● Boys or Girls

  • ● Aged 7-17 (must be over 7 years of age/under 18 years of age as of 27/07/2020)

  • ● Living with Type 1 Diabetes

  • ● Love of Hockey 

  • ● CSA-ceritified hockey equipment

  • ● Ability to travel to/from Program daily

In order to secure your space at Dskate Toronto 2020, we require a minimum deposit of $299+ tax.
 
By placing a deposit with Dskate, you will secure your space and also have the opportunity to use our payment plans to plan out your payment schedule for the balance of your registration fee.
