Dskate is proud to be returning to the Ford Performance Centre in Etobicoke, Ontario, for our 21st Dskate Hockey Program! 

Taking place, July 27-31, 2020, Dskate Toronto 2020 will feature top end hockey coaching, diabetes education and care/awareness provided by our incredible staff and partners.

Including a myriad of exclusive Dskate Family Events that are open to all family members of registered players, you are sure to enjoy yourself!

Registration Criteria

#NoBorders -  All #T1DHockey Players Welcome

 

  • ●  Boys or Girls

  • ●  Aged 7-17

  • ●  Must be over 7 years of age/under 18 years of age as of 27/07/2020

  • ●  Living with Type 1 Diabetes

  • ●  Love of Hockey 

  • ●  CSA-ceritified hockey equipment

  • ●  Ability to travel to/from Program daily

  • ●  Players of all nationalities are welcome
